Shipping service provider We use various **trusted shipping service providers** depending on the package size and shipping destination: - DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS for standard deliveries. - For larger packages or bulky goods, GLS Bulky Goods, GEL Express, Kühne+Nagel or FedEx/TNT are used. The customer is obliged to carefully check the goods upon delivery by the deliverer before confirming receipt by signing. **If the goods are damaged or defective, the customer must not accept the delivery and must not sign for it**. In this case, the goods should be returned to the deliverer and the provider should be informed immediately.
