Shipment shipping conditions 1. Shipping areas We offer **worldwide shipping**. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and size of the order. 2. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process based on the destination and size of the order. They include packaging and shipping costs as well as processing by the shipping service provider. 3. Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping destination: - **Stock items**: Within Germany, the delivery time for stock items is usually **3 to 5 working days**. For international orders, the delivery time may be longer. - **Products not in stock**: If the product is not in stock, we will either reorder it from the manufacturer or wholesaler, or we will ship the product directly to the customer. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times here, as this depends on availability at the manufacturer and transport times. 4. Shipping service provider We use various **trusted shipping service providers** depending on the package size and shipping destination: - DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS for standard deliveries. - For larger packages or bulky goods, GLS Bulky Goods, GEL Express, Kühne+Nagel or FedEx/TNT are used. The selection of the shipping service provider depends on the type of order and the delivery location. 5. Customs and import duties All prices in our shop are **excluding customs and import fees**. These fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union and are to be borne by the customer. The customer is also responsible for complying with the customs regulations of his or her country. 6. Transfer of risk and inspection of the goods The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer or an authorized person upon delivery. For international deliveries, the risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping service provider. The customer is obliged to carefully check the goods upon delivery by the deliverer before confirming receipt by signing. **If the goods are damaged or defective, the customer must not accept the delivery and must not sign for it**. In this case, the goods should be returned to the deliverer and the provider should be informed immediately.

Additionally, to achieve the desired look and fit, the use of wider wheels or spacers is required.

Please note: If you feel that the website is charging you too much, please contact us and we will check the shipping manually. It is impossible on the website to accurately calculate shipping for each kit to different destinations. We do our best to find an "average" price, but shipping costs are not always accurate.

- Flight to local airport: 10 working days (customer pickup, taxes and import fees not included)
- Air-to-Door: 10 working days (delivery to your door, excluding taxes/import fees)

Custom-made products:
Our body kits are custom made to order. Customers can cancel within three business days of ordering and receive a refund less a 10% transaction fee. We begin production quickly, usually within two business days. Please contact us with any concerns prior to production starting.
Returns after delivery:
Once the product has been shipped, a refund is generally not possible. If a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances, the product must be returned to our factory in its original condition for inspection. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and refunds will only cover the product cost less any shipping charges.
Non-refundable items:
Due to the bespoke nature of these products, custom orders that have entered production are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations after production has begun are not eligible for a full refund.
Damage and installation:
Products require professional installation. Any problems resulting from improper installation or handling are not covered by refunds. Any damage apparent upon delivery must be reported immediately.
General guidelines:
