Products and services offered **The Performance Shop** offers the following products: - **Car tuning and spare parts**: Products for improving the performance and maintaining motor vehicles. - **Car care products**: Products for the care and cleaning of motor vehicles. - **Shop vouchers**: Vouchers that can be redeemed in the online shop of **The Performance Shop**. 4. Conclusion of contract The contract is concluded as follows: - **Binding order**: By clicking the button "Order with payment", the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. - **Acceptance of the offer**: The contract is only concluded with the shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods.
