Eventuri's AMG GTR intake system is a fully sealed system developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It features our patented venturi housings which allow the most consistent airflow possible to the turbo inlets. The housings enclose our bespoke filters which help shape the airflow and maintain laminar conditions. They have also been maximised in their internal volume to reduce restrictions and in the process we have also redesigned the central OEM cover as it presses on the much larger system. Finally, intake air temperatures are kept consistent with the channels sealing to the filter housings. The AMG GTR intake system has been independently tested by RENNtech, the world's leading Mercedes tuning company, and has been proven to improve performance on both stock and tuned engines. Each system comes complete with the carbon centre cover.The Eventuri DifferenceThe C190/R190 AMG GTR Eventuri intake system uses our patented carbon housings with our bespoke Gen 2 filters which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design which induces the Venturi effect, maintaining laminar flow conditions to reduce drag on the turbo. Dyno Testing The dyno testing was carried out by RENNtech in the USA who tested a GTR in stock condition and also with their own ECU tune back to back, comparing the OEM airboxes to our intake system. As can be seen below, the Eventuri intake offers a power gain across the entire rpm range. Peak power and torque figures are summarised below for each configuration. Mid-range gains are higher than the stated peak figures in some places as can be seen in the graphs.
