Shipment shipping conditions 1. Shipping areas We offer **worldwide shipping**. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and size of the order. 2. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process based on the destination and size of the order. They include packaging and shipping costs as well as processing by the shipping service provider. 3. Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping destination: - **Stock items**: Within Germany, the delivery time for stock items is usually **3 to 5 working days**. For international orders, the delivery time may be longer. - **Products not in stock**: If the product is not in stock, we will either reorder it from the manufacturer or wholesaler, or we will ship the product directly to the customer. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times here, as this depends on availability at the manufacturer and transport times. 4. Shipping service provider We use various **trusted shipping service providers** depending on the package size and shipping destination: - DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS for standard deliveries. - For larger packages or bulky goods, GLS Bulky Goods, GEL Express, Kühne+Nagel or FedEx/TNT are used. The selection of the shipping service provider depends on the type of order and the delivery location. 5. Customs and import duties All prices in our shop are **excluding customs and import fees**. For international deliveries, the risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping service provider. The customer is obliged to carefully check the goods upon delivery by the deliverer before confirming receipt by signing. **If the goods are damaged or defective, the customer must not accept the delivery and must not sign for it**. In this case, the goods should be returned to the deliverer and the provider should be informed immediately.
VW GOLF MK8 GTI, RPower increase (stock Golf R): 10-13hp, 12-15NmPower increase (tuned Golf R): 15-20hp, 25-30NmFits: MK8 Golf R, Gti (2 separate part numbers), other 2.0 TFSi Gen 4 platformsThe MK8 Golf GTi/R intake manifold is a complete rework of the stock intake manifold right through to the turbo inlet. Taking inspiration from our RS3 intake tract, we've made the most of the available space to create an intake tract that will suit all power levels, from stock spec to high performance installs with hybrid or full frame turbos. This intake system has been engineered to provide the highest possible flow rate whilst achieving the lowest intake temperatures. Every component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and unobstructed flow path. The restrictive stock 73mm diameter intake pipe is replaced with a larger diameter 94mm intake pipe. The filter itself has an outside diameter of 192mm or 7.5? with a filtering area of over 110,000mm^2. The patented venturi housing is designed to provide the largest possible internal volume for the available space in the Golf engine bay and provides laminar flow to the turbo pipe. Finally, the duct seals the filter opening at the front screen but is not restricted by the stock feed alone. We have raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the bonnet, which corresponds to an additional 7? diameter hole for the intake to draw from. The resulting system can significantly outflow the stock airbox whilst keeping intake temperatures to a minimum with the sealed design.Dyno TestingOur MK8 Golf intake has been independently tested by a reputable tuner in the UK, Regal Autosport. Testing was carried out on a MK8 Golf R in its original condition and with a tuning box. Testing was carried out on the same day, with the stock airbox tested first and then the Eventuri. No other changes were made to the car. The first graph shows the results using a stock map. As can be seen, there is a measurable gain across the rev range up to 12bhp. This gain is noticeable even on a stock car on the road with better throttle response and quicker acceleration. The second graph shows the results when using a tuning box which increases the flow requirements of the intake system. The tuning box was used on both the stock airbox and the Eventuri intake with no changes made between tests. With a higher flow requirement, the stock airbox places a greater restriction on the turbo, which is evident by the significant gain achieved with the Eventuri fitted. We now have up to 20hp and 30Nm of power gain across the entire rev range, which is even more noticeable on the road. We expect the gains to be even greater with higher tune levels. The improvements are due to a combination of reasons:1) The closed system keeps IAT levels low - the Golf's engine bay can heat up very quickly, so an open cone filter will cause IAT levels to rise, resulting in a loss of power.2) The Venturi housing provides a smooth transition from the filter to the intake pipes, both of which are tuned to a 94mm internal diameter. This helps the turbo run more efficiently.3) The entire system is made from pure pre-impregnated carbon fiber, which provides excellent heat insulation and has smooth internal surfaces, unlike fiberglass which has sharp resin lines.
