Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and the provider via the online shop **"The Performance Shop"**. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity. 3. Products and services offered **The Performance Shop** offers the following products: - **Car tuning and spare parts**: Products for improving the performance and maintaining motor vehicles. - **Car care products**: Products for the care and cleaning of motor vehicles. - **Shop vouchers**: Vouchers that can be redeemed in the online shop of **The Performance Shop**. 4. Conclusion of contract The contract is concluded as follows: - **Binding order**: By clicking the button "Order with payment", the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. - **Acceptance of the offer**: The contract is only concluded with the shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods. For business customers, the warranty period is reduced to 12 months. - **Manufacturer's warranty**: The products may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In this case, the terms and conditions of the respective product manufacturer apply. - In the event of defects, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement. If this fails, the customer can request a reduction in the purchase price or withdraw from the contract. 10. Limitations of Liability - The provider is only liable in the event of intent or gross negligence.
