Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and the provider via the online shop **"The Performance Shop"**. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity. 3. Products and services offered **The Performance Shop** offers the following products: - **Car tuning and spare parts**: Products for improving the performance and maintaining motor vehicles. - **Car care products**: Products for the care and cleaning of motor vehicles. - **Shop vouchers**: Vouchers that can be redeemed in the online shop of **The Performance Shop**. 4. Conclusion of contract The contract is concluded as follows: - **Binding order**: By clicking the button "Order with payment", the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. - **Acceptance of the offer**: The contract is only concluded with the shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods. The automated order confirmation only serves to inform you that the order has been received and does not constitute acceptance of the offer. 5. Prices and shipping costs All prices quoted include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are clearly displayed before the order process is completed. For business customers, the warranty period is reduced to 12 months. - **Manufacturer's warranty**: The products may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
