Shipment shipping conditions 1. Shipping areas We offer **worldwide shipping**. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and size of the order. 2. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process based on the destination and size of the order. They include packaging and shipping costs as well as processing by the shipping service provider. 3. Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping destination: - **Stock items**: Within Germany, the delivery time for stock items is usually **3 to 5 working days**. For international orders, the delivery time may be longer. - **Products not in stock**: If the product is not in stock, we will either reorder it from the manufacturer or wholesaler, or we will ship the product directly to the customer. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times here, as this depends on availability at the manufacturer and transport times. 4. Shipping service provider We use various **trusted shipping service providers** depending on the package size and shipping destination: - DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS for standard deliveries. - For larger packages or bulky goods, GLS Bulky Goods, GEL Express, Kühne+Nagel or FedEx/TNT are used. The selection of the shipping service provider depends on the type of order and the delivery location. 5. Customs and import duties All prices in our shop are **excluding customs and import fees**. These fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union and are to be borne by the customer. For international deliveries, the risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping service provider. The customer is obliged to carefully check the goods upon delivery by the deliverer before confirming receipt by signing. **If the goods are damaged or defective, the customer must not accept the delivery and must not sign for it**. In this case, the goods should be returned to the deliverer and the provider should be informed immediately.
